What is silkscreen printing?
Screen printing is a type of printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. Forming open areas of mesh, the attached stencil transfers ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A fill blade is moved across the screen stencil, injecting ink into the mesh openings for transfer by capillary action when the fill blade moves.
 

How is silkscreen printing priced?
Our silkscreen printing is priced depending on the size of your proposed design and/ or colours. There is also a digitization fee, which is the process of converting your logo into an ink-blocking stencil.

Is silkscreen printing for me?
In general, silkscreen printing is cheaper than embroidery. Embroidery has its maximum size but silkscreen can print as large as A3 size. If you want your artwork to be seen clearly, then silkscreen is definitely the right choice for you. Cotton round neck t-shirt and non woven bag are the most common products for silkscreen printing.
